'Welcome to Penn Singers'

Our main objectives are the pursuit of excellence in the performance of music and the promotion of the enjoyment of music in the community.

We aim to achieve this by hard but enjoyable work in rehearsal pursued in an atmosphere of friendliness and concern.

The choir, formerly known as Penn Ratepayers' Association Choir and later Penn Choral Society, was formed in 1947 and it's present name reflects the broad musical repertoire now performed.

We are a friendly mixed voice choir of about 50 members providing an opportunity for people to perform choral music of a high standard.

We are also keen to support charities by raising funds with our concert performances as well as in a variety of other ways such as, Charity Walks, Barn Dances and Raffles.
